California workers’ compensation deadline calculator

The extension is applied only to periods that run from service of a document, and only where the governing statute does not already build the mailing time in. Each result says which rule it used.

Court closure dates used when counting working days

Working-day counts skip Saturdays, Sundays, and the dates checked here. A holiday falling on a Saturday is treated as observed the Friday before; on a Sunday, the Monday after. Confirm this list against the DIR and DWC published closure calendar for the year you are calculating, and add any local district office closure below.
